Our Promise

Our Puppies

Before our precious puppies embark on their journey to their new homes, each one receives the highest standard of care since day one.

Our Promise

What Every Puppy Receives

We believe every puppy deserves the very best start in life. Here's what sets Golden Valley puppies apart.

Health-Tested Parents

We carefully select parent dogs based on health testing, genetics, and temperament to produce physically healthy puppies with ideal temperaments for family life.

Socialised & Confident

Our socialisation programme ensures puppies are exposed to a variety of positive experiences — different sights, sounds, and interactions from an early age.

Vaccinated & Microchipped

Each puppy arrives with first vaccinations, microchip, de-worming, flea treatment, and a thorough health examination by a qualified professional.

Comprehensive Puppy Pack

A scented blanket, chewing toys, plushy toy, compostable poo bags, reusable wee mat, puppy wet wipes, travel water bottle, and more.

Free Puppy Food

Each puppy receives codes for a free 2-week supply of Butternut Box food with a welcome gift, plus a puppy pack from James Wellbeloved.

Building Confidence

Socialisation Programme

We believe that a socially adept puppy forms strong bonds with their human family and interacts positively with the world around them.

Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS)

Gentle exercises to stimulate the neurological system during the first weeks — enhancing neural development and promoting stress resilience.

Early Scent Introduction (ESI)

Exposure to different smells — familiar household and outdoor scents — helping develop a well-rounded olfactory system.

Introduction to Crates

A positive, gentle approach to familiarise puppies with crates, ensuring they associate it with comfort. They can explore freely whenever they choose.

Everyday Care Routine

Ear and mouth checks, brushing, nail trimming, daily weighing, and handling from head to tail — preparing puppies for routine care throughout their lives.

Comprehensive Care

Health & Wellbeing

Vaccinations

Each puppy comes with their first essential vaccinations. The second vaccination must be completed by the new family within 2–3 weeks.

Microchip

Our puppies come microchipped — a tiny but invaluable identification for a lifetime of reassurance. Includes a booklet with instructions.

De-worming

Regularly de-wormed at 2, 4, 6 & 8 weeks with Panacur Liquid Wormer, and flea treated at 8 weeks with Frontline Plus.

Documentation

Birth certificate, KC change of ownership, KC insurance, vaccination & microchip booklets, contract of sale, information folder, photos & personalised letter.

Round the Clock

24/7 Monitoring

Throughout this crucial period, I am devotedly present around the clock, 7 days a week providing constant attention, care, and love. Two cameras monitor the puppy playpen areas, along with a thermometer for temperature and humidity, a humidifier for optimal air moisture, and a large heating pad to keep them warm and cosy.

Visiting Our Puppies

In-Person Visit Policy

To ensure optimal development and well-being, in-person visits are only scheduled when puppies reach a minimum age of 4 weeks.

Why wait until 4 weeks? Puppies have developing immune systems that are not fully matured. We minimise potential risks and provide a secure environment for their growth.

Creating a stress-free atmosphere is essential for our dog mums. A calm environment fosters bonding, maternal care, and overall well-being.

Virtual introductions

Prior to in-person visits, we offer video calls to introduce families to our dog mums and their puppies — a personalised and risk-free introduction to your future furry family member.
